- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

- We do not mark shipments as “gifts” or misdeclare contents
📍 Delivery address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order
- We cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply
- PO boxes are accepted for most destinations, but signature may be required
❓ Lost or delayed packages
- If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact our support team
- We will open an investigation with the courier and work to resolve the issue
- Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of dispatch
